Payment Information:

All fees are in Canadian dollars and will have the applicable taxes added.

Cancellations

  • Authors and presenters are required to be registered by July 8, 2025 to be confirmed in the program of the Conference.
  • All registrations are considered final as of August 7: on of before August 7, cancellations are subject to 50% cancellation fee on the total purchase price. As of August 8, no refunds are applied. Visa refusals are not excluded from this registration policy.
  • Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant no later than September 1, 2025

Student Travel Funding

Students benefit from significantly discounted registration rates, providing full access to the technical program and networking opportunities at the conference.

In addition, the Hydrometallurgy Section of the Metallurgy & Materials Society (MetSoc) of CIM is offering travel grants for students attending hydrometallurgy-related conferences held in Canada. Applicants must be registered at a Canadian university.
